Phantom Sniper provides digital software and API access services. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to our services, we have a strict refund policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We issue refunds for our products only under the following conditions:
- The product/service was not delivered or your account was not activated within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Major technical defects within our system prevent you from using the service entirely, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error on our side or our payment provider's side.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You lack the technical knowledge to use the software.
- Target platforms change their APIs, rate limits, or terms, affecting the software's performance.
- Your account was terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please contact our support team at support@usersniper.com with your order details, transaction ID, and a clear explanation of the issue.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on the payment method used.
